We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use this application.

2. Stamp Design Processing

All stamps you create are processed entirely on your device. We do not:

  • Upload your stamp designs to any server
  • Store your stamps on any cloud service
  • Share your designs with any third party
  • Use your designs for any training or analysis purposes

Your stamps remain on your device throughout the entire design process. When you export a stamp, it is stored locally in your device's photo gallery.

3. Signatures and Text

Any signatures you draw or text you enter for stamps are processed locally and never leave your device. We do not access, collect, or store your signature data.

4. Data Storage

The application stores the following data locally on your device:

  • Stamp designs (.sigil files)
  • Signatures you create
  • App settings and preferences
  • Custom templates you save
  • Temporary cache data

All data is stored in your device's local storage. You can delete this data at any time by:

  • Using the "Clear Cache" function in Settings
  • Deleting stamps from your library
  • Uninstalling the application

5. Permissions Required

The application requires the following permissions:

  • Storage / Photo Gallery Access - To save stamps to your device and to import signature images. Data flow is local only, no upload.
  • Camera Access (Optional) - Only needed if you choose to take photos for signature import. You can deny this permission and still use all other features.

Permissions NOT requested: Microphone, Contacts, Location, Phone/SMS

Network Access: NOT required - the application works completely offline. No internet connection is ever needed.

6. Third-Party Services

This application does NOT use:

  • Any analytics SDKs or tracking tools
  • Any advertising SDKs
  • Any third-party data collection tools
  • Any cloud processing services
  • Any AI or machine learning services

7. Children's Privacy

Our application does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age. All features are safe for users of all ages as no data collection occurs. SigilForge is designed for general audience use.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the application's Settings panel. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when the latest changes were made. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

5. Stamp Usage Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Electronic stamps created with SigilForge are for reference and convenience only. Official legal documents, contracts, and agreements may require:

  • Physical wet ink seals
  • Legally recognized electronic signatures
  • Compliance with specific jurisdictional requirements

You are solely responsible for determining whether electronic stamps created with this application are legally acceptable for your intended use. We make no warranty regarding the legal validity of stamps created with SigilForge.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property: The application's code, design, user interface, logos, and built-in templates are owned by SigilForge. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

Your Intellectual Property: You retain all copyright and ownership rights to the stamps and signatures you create. Custom templates you create belong to you. We claim no ownership over your designs.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The application will function uninterrupted or error-free
  • Any defects will be corrected
  • The application is free of viruses or harmful components

  • Stamps created will be legally valid for any particular purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGILFORGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the application
  • Loss or corruption of your stamp designs (always keep backups)
  • Legal consequences arising from misuse of stamps created with this app
  • Any damages resulting from unauthorized use of your stamps by third parties

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SigilForge from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the application
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Misuse or fraudulent use of stamps created with this application
  • Your failure to comply with applicable laws regarding stamp usage

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including:
